Dr. Gubser holds a Ph.D. from Cambridge University in Biochemistry, having studied RNA and RNA-protein structures using NMR. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado, USA, in chemistry and mathematics. He has spent the last 20 years at Novartis, serving in project leadership roles in drug development, and in strategy and staff roles in development, vaccines & diagnostics, and with the Novartis Board of Directors.
