Tracy joins RhyGaze as its Chief Business Officer and General Counsel. Tracy brings over 15 years of life sciences and biotech experience to RhyGaze.  Tracy previously held the role of Chief Business Officer and General Counsel at AskBio where she was responsible for the company’s global business development strategy and execution, as well as Alliance Management, Legal, Compliance, Intellectual Property and Corporate Communications. Prior to joining AskBio, Tracy served as Associate General Counsel at Spark Therapeutics providing legal oversight for essential business functions, including business development, licensing transactions, corporate governance, securities compliance, and real estate and construction. She also played an integral role in Roche’s $4.6 billion acquisition of Spark.

Earlier in her career, Tracy was an attorney at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, specializing in corporate transactional and securities matters. She also served in similar roles at Ballard Spahr LLP and the Monitor Group in London. She holds an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and a JD from Boston University School of Law.
